First, there was the chocolate sales of course, which went well thanks to
Then, had dinner with a couple of good friends, what, cannot celebrate being single on Valentine's ka?
Anyway, here's my view about this day. Naturally, at this age, most people are excited about Valentine's day. I am too! What better reason to buy chocolates for oneself and stuff me satisfied? Coughhannahcoughhannahcough.
There was an article on this in fact; "Should girls be proactive or reactive to Valentine's Day?"
Almost made me laugh. Seems to be getting more and more publisized and propagandized eh? I think neither? The history of Valentine's isn't actually much known but as far as I am concerned, it has evolved to become some sort of appreciation day in this present time. Which is actually a bit funny. Society (especially school students) has made this day so special, maybe even a bit overrated, which is entirely not wrong of course. But I hope let's not forget that other than on Valentine's Day, or any other celebration, that each day is a special one. That we shouldn't only remember to notice and appreciate our loved ones and friends on Valentine's Day.
So, before I keep ranting on, wishing everyone out there a happy valentine's day.
And most importantly, may everyday of your lives be a valentine's with God, your family and friends..
